Plan the content and create the content calendar(s) in line with the brand guidelines
Compose social media posts with an engaging writing style
Strong skills for photography, videography, design, and aesthetics, to know what performs well on social media and engages a community
Monitor and report all engagement activity across the company social media accounts
QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS
Have minimum 2 years of experience in creating social media content and using tools editing tools such as Canva and other applications
Have excellent verbal and written English & Arabic
Have a thorough understanding of the social media environment and its evolving shape
Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop or similar is needed

Sales Manager - IT Solutions
Meet desired Sales & Revenue targets
Acquiring/signing new corporate accounts and following up with these to ensure sustained revenue increase
Prepare the required forms, proposals, quotations
Provide client requirements and other feedback to the management with an aim to conceptualise new products and services
Providing sales and pipeline reports on a daily/weekly/adhoc basis in the agreed format
QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS
Must be experiences in IT Sales / IT Infrastructure Sales / Managed and Networked IT / Cloud Sales
Act as liaison between customer / Vendor and all internal departments; ensure all service request are addressed
Develop new / renewal strategy for each customer, negotiate and present renewals to customers
Demonstrate superior skills with effective presentation
At least 2 years experience in selling IT-related products
Graduate of any Diploma Course preferably in IT or Business Administration
Excellent communication skills (speak & write)
Arabic language an added advantage

Experience with LAN, wireless tech, switch/router configuration
Administrate the systems infrastructure, network and applications security
Configure, create and alter Router, Switch & Firewall configurations
Manage service requests, software installations, new computer setups, upgrades
Netwrok CAT 6 cabling and installation associated with Residential/Commercial Building Projects
QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS
Relevant industry qualifications, CCNA, CCNP, relevant Microsoft and AWS qualifications
Minimum 3 years related work experience.
Must have experience in Firewall, Switch and Router configurations (CCNA minimum)
Excellent knowledge of DNS, DHCP, AD, VPN, TCP/IP
Excellent knowledge of Active Directory Group Policy management
